lyrics

Get out of bed
Constant danger ahead
It’s a golden time to grab the last of what we had
They’re not gonna bring us in
No
No
Gone before the coffee gets cold
I said gone before the coffee gets cold
I don’t care to uncover
What’s under the rubble
I just let the dust settle
I said I’m knee deep in trouble
Blood parade out for a stroll
Calamity

Catapulted smoldering boulders closing overhead
We dove face first into the earth
Certain we would burn to death
On full impact
My heart of glass cracked in half and shattered in the grass
Free at last reads a weary epitaph

Good superstition
Gave me permission
So started wishing on stars as they fall from above
And hit with a thud, one by one
One by one each star came undone
And to the earth it tumbled
Who am I to hold back the sky?
Beneath my hands I crumble

They got rad on the local level between 2004-2008. ... more
